The 2025 Alumni Scholarship was awarded to Allyson Diaz-Rubio, who received a $500 award to support her educational journey. Allyson graduated as an AP Capstone Scholar and achieved Magna Cum Laude. As a second-generation HML alum, she carries forward her family’s legacy of Trojan pride and achievement. Allyson is now a student at the University of South Florida Honors Program, majoring in Public Relations and Advertising. We look forward to seeing all that she will accomplish in the years ahead!
The 2026 Alumni Scholarship has been awarded to Regina Llosa, who received a $500 award to support her educational journey at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.
Regina is a proud second-generation HML alumna, continuing a family tradition of excellence and Trojan pride. Along with her siblings who also graduated from HML, she carries forward her family's strong legacy and commitment to the school community. During her four years at HML, Regina was an active Sapphire, demonstrating dedication, leadership, and school spirit. She was also part of student government for 3 years and the proud president of mu alpha theta (math honor society) her senior year. As she begins this exciting new chapter at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, the HML Alumni Association is honored to support her academic goals and future success. We congratulate Regina on this well-deserved achievement and look forward to seeing all that she will accomplish!
