This Privacy Policy applies to the www.hmlalumni.org and the Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School Alumni Association ("HMLAA") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the HMLAA include www.hmlalumni.org and the HMLAA. The HMLAA website is a news and information site. By using the HMLAA website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

HMLAA may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase HMLAA’s products or make a donation, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. HMLAA may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, race and year of graduation. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by HMLAA. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the HMLAA website.

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be used to communicate with students, staff, alumni, members, and current and potential supporters; provide benefits and services to students, staff, alumni members, and supporters; maintain member and alumni directories; and facilitate events and fundraising programs. You personal information will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of our organization except: with other alumni, affiliated organizations, or for legal purposes.
